The new project by Arclinea Design Cooking School, the network of cooking schools designed by Arclinea, is a renovated space inside the renowned restaurant “Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia” in Milan.
Two Michelin Stars, member of prestigious associations such as Relais & Chateaux, Les Grandes Tables du Monde and Le Soste, and historical sign of Italian culinary excellence known throughout the world, Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia evolves with a restyling of the interiors and a new space dedicated to workshops, master classes and events: “Theatrum dei Sapori”.
An Arclinea project was chosen for this new space: Lignum et Lapis island with stainless steel structure and worktop, doors in Fenix NTM® Cacao laminate. Wall of units with Fenix NTM® Cacao laminated doors and Italia recessed handle (an exclusive Arclinea patent), 180 cm Vina refrigerated unit.
Chefs Alessandro Negrini and Fabio Pisani, who together with Stefania Moroni today manage the activity, realize here cultural gastronomic initiatives, for the research and the development of new ideas and preparation techniques, and for the training of new professionals. The "Theatrum dei Sapori" is also a "restaurant in the restaurant", where the chefs offer exclusive gastronomic experiences to small groups of customers.
