Completed in late January 2009, the Lofts at Moonlight Beach development has been received with great interest and success. Located at the intersection of the Pacific Coast Highway (HW-101) and Encinitas Boulevard, just a stone’s throw from Moonlight Beach, the luxury development includes 18 residential units and 15 street-level commercial units. Residences feature expansive ocean views, roof decks and balconies, and three-story, loft-like open living plans.
The LMB mixed-use development captures the best aspects of the San Diego lifestyle, where the striking beauty of the ocean landscape is balanced with a thoroughly modern attitude that work and pleasure are to be equally embraced and enjoyed. The open floor plans and natural finishes found in each residence reinforce this sensibility. Each interior detail, texture, and finish was carefully selected with function and pleasure in mind. At the heart of each three-story residence, a sleek and streamlined Arclinea kitchen that functions as ‘command central’, in finishes appropriate for this beachfront haven: medium Grey Oak, crisp white and cool stainless steel. Arclinea’s made-to-order Italian cabinetry (featured in the project’s kitchens and baths) is finely crafted and eco-friendly, highly functional and technically sophisticated. Intelligent, livable designs, where daily life is cocooned in a sanctuary away from the pressures and chaos of the world outside.
