Q: The Beverly West is the flagship development of Dubai based Emaar Properties for North America. What convinced them to X Arclinea as a supplier for their kitchens?
A: Emaar has an undeniable reputation as a developer who holds a high degree of value in design, and engineering. When investigating options for providing our Residents with the highest levels of beauty and quality, there was none more distinct in their brand awareness and proven performance than Arclinea.
Q: Has Emaar experienced a direct response from Buyers who have purchased within the building, and taken note of their imported Italian kitchens?
A: Prior to completing the remainder of the building’s upper floors, we previously offered the ability to purchase a warm shell residence, with custom finishes Xed by the Buyers. There were several who took advantage of this limited opportunity, and of all those who did, only one Xed a kitchen supplier other than Arclinea. Remember, these were Buyers who hold a high level of emphasis and interest in luxury, and quality. Based on those results, I think Emaar benefitted greatly from the market recognizing our investment in Arclinea’s products.
Q: Are there specific characteristics about Arclinea’s kitchen’s that Buyers have taken note of, and shared their positive experience in?
A: The fit and finish of the Beverly West is definitively above our closest competitor within the west LA market. Kitchens can either be a focal point of design, and conversation, or something relegated to a back of house operational amenity. Arclinea’s tremendous attention to detail, and emphasis on form and function, allowed us to realize an immediate positive impression, where our Buyers soon knew they were buying into something special, and set apart from the rest. They truly are elements of beauty, balanced perfectly between providing the aesthetic needs of design, and pleasurable experiences of function and efficiency.
Q: Noting that you only have 35 residences within the entire development, and you are now working on the top five, full-floor penthouse residences, are there any surprises you can share about what to expect when completed?
A: Our last five residences have unequaled views of the city, from Bel Air and Beverly Hills, to Hollywood, Downtown LA and Century City. Once completed, they will command the highest prices psf for luxury high-rise living in west LA. Currently, we are in discussions with Arclinea to introduce new designs that will have their debut within our respective penthouse collection, and are very excited to share them once finished. Until then, all I can offer is that they will build upon what Arclinea has already achieved, and provide the uniqueness of luxury and functionality those X five residences will soon offer to a fortunate few.
