Proefwerck is a meeting place: a creative kitchen for enjoying, which opens to the general public at midday for lunch that is all about socialising, sitting around the huge shared table; then on Fridays and Saturdays we serve top-quality pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven, prepared by Fabio Panissidi from “Passaparola Pizzaria”, a bona fide Neapolitan pizza chef.

You can also learn creative cooking with us: four evenings a week, with themed cookery courses, held around the big Italia island by Arclinea.
