"When the Culture of Design meets the Culture of Food"

An event dedicated to the culture of design that “meets the culture of food” starring the Italian 'pasta' by GEOMETRY OF PASTA was held on December 19th at the Arclinea Flagship Store in Milan.

The ability to use different ingredients together - coming from different countries and cultures - can bring out the most common ingredient of great Italian cuisine: the high quality dry pasta.

Peter Gordon’s valuable yet simple vision of food and cooking (many fresh ingredients, vegetables and fruits in the foreground) created the perfect harmony between the chef from New Zealand and the Italian chef Omar Allievi. A wonderful couple, tireless workers, with attention to quality and detail.

The new book by Peter Gordon "SAVOUR Salads for All Seasons" was presented as Italian premiere (art direction Heredesign, London).
