Slow Fish 2017, from 18 to 21 May, a biannual event dedicated to the fish world, organized by Regione Liguria and Slow Food Promotion.
Artusi will be the protagonist of 15 gourmet appointments in collaboration with Miele, at the central “Casa Slow Food”, where many Italian and international chefs from the “Slow Food Alliance” will alternate their cooking shows. Among others, Chefs Pasquale and Luca Tarallo of Paisà Restaurant (Montecorice), Chef Danilo Antonio Vasta of T-Port (Muggia), Chef Esteban Tapia from Ecuador.
At "Il Marin" at Eataly Genoa and “Il Cavo” restaurants, in the heart of the historic center, different "Appuntamenti a Tavola" will be held, with menus by Chef Maurizio and Sandro Serva (Restaurant La Trota, Rivodutri), Giorgio Dal Forno (“Ai tre canai”, Marano Lagunare), Corrado Scaglione and Valeria Mosca, Luigi Taglienti (Il Lume, Milan), Roy Caceres (Metamorfosi, Rome), Yoji Tokuyoshi (Yoji Tokuyoshi, Milan), Elvio Milleri (Era Ora, Copenhagen) and Marco Visciola (Marin Eataly Genoa).
Among the starred Chefs also Moreno Cedroni (La Madonnina del Pescatore, Senigallia) and Mauro Colagreco (Mirazur of Menton).
